Who we are

What we collect
- Your booking request: your name, email address and phone number, the car, the pick-up and return places, dates and times, the insurance and extras you chose, and any notes you write.
- Booking lookups: when you use Manage booking, the reference and email you enter are used only to find your booking.
- Technical information: your IP address is kept in memory for up to 15 minutes to stop automated abuse of the booking form. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time).
We don't ask for card details, and the public website doesn't set cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details to hold the car for you, contact you to confirm the booking and arrange the handover, and answer your questions. We don't use them for advertising and we don't sell them.
Who else sees it
- Our team, through the private booking admin.
- Google (Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp), which deliver new-booking notifications to our team. These messages contain your booking details.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server the website and bookings are stored on.
- Google Fonts and Unsplash, which serve the fonts and some photos on this website. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to handle your rental and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it. Write to regishtembari7@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.
